Melissa's 800 season best.
Katie and Kristin continue their progress in the 100H with P.R.s.
Natlalie's P.R. in the discus.

Frosh/Soph Boys:
Ryo's P.R. in the 65H.
Harlan's contiuned march to a 100 foot discus with another P.R.
Stas's first 800 in good time.
Ryo's first 400H race, placing 4th.
The 4x400 relay racing.
