Conditioning has started.

Tryouts start Monday, January 31st
and end February
5th.
Winter sport athletes must tryout within three days of their
last
competition.

Must do dual
meets and League Trials and
Finals, SCVAL Qualifier, CCS, State
Invitational meets are not required, but are highly
encouraged.
Dual meets may be
rescheduled due to weather or
track conditions.
The dual meet
schedule will change due
to lack of usable tracks.
Invitational meets are
rarely rescheduled.
Take AP
tests on non-meet days.
Practice
Practice times will be somewhat fluid.
The schedule will be
posted on the web site by
Sunday night.
Anticipated
practice times: rain or shine
4:00-7:00 M-F,
Sat if no meet (
We will start later
due to track
overcrowding.
Sometimes
we will do a Weight room only
session, starting at 3:15-3:30PM
Equipment [handout]
Physicals
Physicals are required and are due to me by January 27th,
so it can be reviewed.
Forms are on the schools web site for downloading.
All athletes must submit all completed forms to me prior to
participating in tryouts or practice.
No physical, no practice.
If you can not get it
done by February 5th, don't
bother.
