Conditioning
Conditioning has started. See Off-Season Training Outline [get
email] It is optional.

Tryouts
Tryouts start Monday, January 28th and end February 2nd.
Winter sport athletes must tryout within three days of their last
competition.

Must do dual meets and League Trials and
Finals, SCVAL Qualifier, CCS, State
Invitational meets are not required, but are highly encouraged.
Dual meets may be rescheduled due to weather conditions.
Invitational meets are rarely rescheduled.
Take
SAT, ACT, and AP tests on non-meet days.
Practice
The schedule will be posted on the web site by Sunday night.
Normal
practice time is 3:15PM-6:15PM M-F, Sat if no
meet

There may be some distance practices at Rancho San Antonio on Tuesdays in February.
We may have 7th period start on Thursdays for a few.
Equipment [get email]
Physicals
Physicals are required and are due to me by January 21st, so it can be
reviewed.
Forms are on the schools web site for downloading.
All athletes must submit all completed forms to me prior to
participating in tryouts or practice.
No physical, no practice. If you can not get it done by February 2nd, don't
bother.

Attendance – practice and class.
Grades - 1st semester grades are due to me for review by February 1st.
PE
Credit
To
receive PE credit, you must attend at least half of workouts during the
breaks
and do
training logs and meet recaps.
