Qualifying for a Varsity Letter

1) You must run in a minimum of  70% of the meets, unless injured or sick.

2) You must qualify as a TOP 7 runner in 5 or more races.

3) Your average TOP 7 finish place is in the Top 7 of the team, by gender,
     through the League meet.

4) You must run in the League Meet unless sick or injured.

5) You must run in the CCS meet, if you qualify, unless injured or sick.

6) You must regularly attend practices unless excused.

7) You are expected to meet the following minimum standards at Crystal Spring during the season:  Boys - 18:30       Girls -  23:30

8) The coaching staff will make the final determination of varsity letter status.
